Knott Laboratory Responds to Coronavirus

We can adapt our services to help you during this disruptive time

To Our Professional Network of Clients and Friends:

Knott Laboratory would like you to know that we are wishing you the best during this strange and difficult time. We know how many of you have been impacted by the closure of schools and offices, and how the strain on the economy may be impacting you, your loved ones, or your clientele.

As far as business operations go, Knott Laboratory has embraced the use of technology and systems that have lessened the demand for physical interaction for the last 7 years; our engineers are based in various parts of the state and country. The use of this technology is now more pertinent than ever, as social distancing and flattening the curve seem to be the best way to slow down coronavirus (COVID-19).

Knott Laboratory is more than happy to accommodate your team’s need to stay engaged and educated with virtual, “lunch and learn” style classes which can be held over services like WebEx from the comfort of your homes. If this is something you would like to set up with us, please do not hesitate to reach out.

As it pertains to outdoor inspections, our operations will continue to move forward as normal. Our engineers are still available to inspect, take pictures, and provide proposals for the projects that you need without the need to physically interact with you or your clients; we believe that this is the safest method for all parties. The inspection of projects inside of buildings will be on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by the comfort level of our staff and your clients, working to make sure both parties are represented and comfortable with the process.

These are times where we all must adapt and learn how to operate our lives, both professionally and personally, in a manner that is different than anything we have faced as a society. Remember, there is a lesson to be learned from every hardship.

Thank you for your continued business, and above all else, please be safe, conscious, and understanding to those around you as we navigate these uncharted waters.
