Mechanical Engineer – Entry Level

Job Duties
Assist senior level staff in the fields of vehicle accident reconstruction and product liability
Assist with the evaluation of equipment failures and plumbing failures
Review case documents and perform case research
Use scientific tools such as Excel, MathCAD and/or Matlab to solve engineering problems
Document findings and assist writing reports
Assist with product, vehicle and accident site inspections


BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar work experience
Bachelors or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering or Physics
EIT highly preferred

Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
Scientific/mathematical software (Excel, MathCAD, Matlab, etc.)
Coding experience a plus

Technical Knowledge
Strengths in physics, dynamics and machine design
Experience in photography a plus
Finite element experience a plus
Ability to learn industry specific simulation software

Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
Possess excellent verbal, communication and technical writing abilities
