Anna L. Evans, B.Sc.

Mechanical Engineer


Anna Evans earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Mechanical Specialty at the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO. While in school she was involved in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and was the captain of the Varsity Women’s Soccer team. Her technical strengths include machine design, fluid mechanics, finite element analysis, technical writing, and the use of Mathcad and SolidWorks programs. She has her EIT certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.

Accident Reconstruction


After graduating, Anna played professional soccer in Sweden for two years where, while experiencing various parts of the world, she was constantly fighting for her position on her team and thriving in a highly competitive environment. Anna is now back in the States to use these talents and her mechanical engineering skills in the forensic industry. She has joined Knott Laboratory’s Engineering Department to work on accident reconstruction and product liability cases.

During her free time, Anna can be found rock climbing, playing soccer, running, hiking, and learning to play the ukulele.
