Engineering and Design

Mr. McKee received a BS in mechanical engineering technology with a minor in mathematics from The Metropolitan State University of Denver. Emmanuel has over 10 years of engineering practice including overall project design, software FEA, mapping, and software database build within civil, structural, and electrical concentrations. Mr. McKee comes to us with 6 years of experience in structural engineering design in government contracting with roofing and truss systems including inspection, estimating and design, and cell tower retrofitting and design. He also has his professional tower climber certification. His 8 years of project estimation experience has made him very familiar with construction drawings (MEPAS), IBC/IRC/IECC/IEBC code, logistics planning and management, then later led to opportunities in government (e.g. military, criminal justice) and commercial (e.g. distribution, city) facilities contract projects within the roofing industry.

Mr. McKee’s experience in both engineering and estimating has allowed him to gain valuable knowledge encompassing all aspects of a construction project; from providing proposal packages, providing project construction technical information and RFI responses, punch list closeout and product manufacture warranty inspection, to system handover to end clients. Mr. McKee is experienced in construction turn-key projects and has worked with a number of general contractors on a variety of work scopes. Mr. McKee’s ability to quantitate, problem solve, and provide successful solutions has given him the propensity to identify problematic aspects of site structures, and to provide its best resolution.
