With more than 31 years of experience in driver training, safety, compliance, and fleet operations, Mr. Fox brings deep industry expertise and a proven record of results. Over the course of his career, he has held a wide range of leadership and operational roles, shaping training programs and safety standards that have had measurable, long-term impact.
Mr. Fox has led large, multi-site teams, including hiring and managing 65 training managers, and has developed and implemented comprehensive safety, risk management, and compliance programs for CDL drivers and new delivery partners. His initiatives have driven significant performance improvements, including a 140% increase in driver retention and a 98% first-time pass rate on CDL examinations.
A strong advocate for operational excellence and regulatory alignment, Mr. Fox successfully lobbied for legislation and interstate agreements to secure CDL testing reciprocity in six states. He also collaborated with the Texas Department of Public Safety to pilot a new statewide CDL licensing exam in 2016, helping train students under newly established federal standards.
In addition to his leadership and training accomplishments, Mr. Fox has firsthand operational experience, safely transporting goods between manufacturing plants, retail locations, and distribution centers. He has driven more than 1.8 million miles without a single accident and maintained a perfect safety record with zero injuries. His background also includes full responsibility for fleet operations, site management, strategic planning, staffing, and employee development.
