Mr. Beltran has ten years of experience in land development within Colorado’s front range for new construction and reconstruction, including single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His background includes overlot grading, detailed grading, site layout, drainage, utility infrastructure, erosion control, and roadway improvements. Mr. Beltran is skilled in the preparation of engineering documents such as civil construction plans, drainage reports, erosion reports, and cost estimates according to jurisdictional code requirements and engineering standards used in civil design and construction. While delivering projects to clients, Mr. Beltran has provided civil expertise for professionals including architects (landscape and building), planners, developers and owners.
