Our forensic architecture team provides architectural analysis and design services in support of construction defect litigation, investigations, and reconstruction projects. Services include pre‑design strategies, design development, construction documents and specifications, building envelope and thermal analysis, space planning, ADA compliance, passive fire protection design, waterproofing, material selection, technical detailing, and preliminary cost analysis. Our architects also coordinate planning, design, bidding, and permitting activities with consultants, jurisdictional authorities, and contractors, translating forensic findings into clear, defensible, and constructible solutions.
