Knott Laboratory’s professional engineers conduct Facility Condition Assessments for property owners and managers. These inspections are invaluable for maintaining the physical condition of assets, identifying and prioritizing maintenance needs, and the development of capital budgets. Knott Laboratory’s engineers provide a thorough, straightforward report card for the facility with recommendations to extend the life of these assets.
Paper Airplane uses Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) to create highly accurate 3D models of physical assets. The data analytics allow for predictive maintenance, identification of asset degradation and allows for forecasted planning of maintenance and repair budgets utilizing artificial intelligence to lower operating costs and reduce unplanned capital expenditures.
