Matthew Fox, Trucking Standard of Care Expert

With over three decades of experience in the trucking industry, Matthew Fox has maintained a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and accumulated over 1.8 million accident-free miles, earning the prestigious Million Miles award for driving consecutively without a preventable accident.

Matthew has also served as:

  • A certified Commercial Driver’s License Examiner
  • Safety, Training, and Compliance Expert
  • Director of Training for a fleet of 12,300 drivers
  • Driver Academy Director

These positions have given him extensive experience in training both unlicensed and advanced drivers to meet all regulatory requirements, including CDL preparation, defensive driving techniques (Smith System), hazmat regulations, driver logs, and company-specific safety protocols.
