Alan Tamondong is a Building Specialist serving insurance clients throughout the Denver metro area. With more than 17 years of experience as both a staff and independent insurance adjuster, his background and experience span residential, commercial, catastrophe, and agri-business first- and third party claims. He has evaluated over 3,000 residential and commercial roof systems and brings deep technical expertise to every assignment.

Alan has more than 8 years of experience handling insurance appraisals for multiple insurers and is skilled in inspecting, assessing, scoping, drafting comprehensive mitigation and restoration estimates, and determining appropriate settlements for insurance claims and awards for appraisal disputes.

He is highly proficient in Xactimate (X1) estimating software and holds multiple industry certifications, including P.L.A.N. Certified Property Loss Appraiser (CPLA), FEMA National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Certified Adjuster, HAAG Certified Inspector – Residential (HCIR), and was previously certified as a HAAG Certified Inspector – Commercial (HCI-C).
