His reconstructions would require the use of multitude of accident reconstruction disciplines such as: the conservation of energy and conservation of momentum analysis to determine the speed of vehicles involved in accidents, occupant kinematics analysis, driver reaction, time and distance relations and analysis. Mr. Stone investigations often involve analysis of vehicle dynamics, vehicle safety, human factors and visibility investigations. Frequent aspects of these investigations also involve a mechanical evaluation of the vehicle which looks for mechanical failure and performance of the brakes, tires, seatbelts, airbags, and overall fitness and safety of the vehicle.
