Mr. Starks has accumulated 20 years operating AutoCAD and Revit software providing construction drawings and back to up for Structural engineers and Architects. The drafting and design are coupled with 25 years of construction and construction management in residential and light commercial contracting. Computer aided drafting is not a passion but an obsession for him.
