Engineering Design

Mr. Feldeisen specializes in forensic and reconstruction engineering, with experience investigating residential and commercial property damage caused by fire, moisture intrusion, hail, wind, structural failures, vehicle impacts, and construction defects throughout Colorado. At Knott Lab, he conducts structural evaluations and failure analyses using both destructive and non‑destructive testing methods and designs repair solutions for a wide range of building types. His repair designs incorporate materials such as masonry, wood, reinforced concrete, and structural steel, including detailed building envelope and waterproofing components for both gravity and lateral structural systems.

Mr. Feldeisen also brings a strong background in structural design and construction, having designed and analyzed multi‑family and single‑family developments under diverse code and loading conditions, produced full construction document sets, collaborated with project teams, and provided on‑site construction administration supported by hands‑on field and equipment experience.
