Ms. Walter works with the mechanical engineering team on all manner of cases including premises liability, product liability, and accident reconstruction.

Engineering and Design
Ms. Walter has assisted with numerous investigations related to premises liability, including slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall incidents. In addition, Ms. Walter has assisted with investigations pertaining to personal injury, product liability, visibility studies, residential plumbing, vehicle collisions, and failure analysis.
Ms. Walter has knowledge and experience related to numerous industry regulations, codes, and standards, including but not limited to those promulgated by the International Code Council (ICC), such as the International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the International Residential Code (IRC), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and additional industry standards such as those promulgated by ASTM International and the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).
Accident Reconstruction
Ms. Walter has assisted with investigations and reconstructions of motor vehicle collisions involving passenger vehicles, pedestrians, and commercial vehicles. She has been trained on the use of specialized tools and instruments for use during forensic investigations, including high-definition laser scanners and the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval (CDR). Ms. Walter is certified in Bosch crash data retrieval (CDR) and has retrieved and analyzed crash data from electronic vehicle event data recorders (EDR) in passenger vehicles.
