Mr. Page has a breadth of experience in land development for new construction and reconstruction, including mixed-use, single and multi-family residential, industrial, and commercial projects. His background includes site layout, grading, utility infrastructure, erosion control, roadway improvements, and drainage. Mr. Page is skilled in preparing professional engineering documents such as civil construction plans, drainage reports, and cost estimates according to jurisdictional code requirements and engineering standards used in civil design and construction. Mr. Page has assisted in the design for a vast array of civil engineering projects, including parking lots, roadway improvements, building site layout and grading, underground utilities, storm water and storm quality systems, and detention ponds. While delivering projects to clients, Mr. Page has provided civil expertise for professionals including architects (landscape and building), planners, developers, owners, and contractors.
