Sarah Bowlin, PHR, SHRM-CP

Mrs. Bowlin is a senior people and talent leader with over 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational strategy. As Director of Talent & Culture at Knott Laboratory, she partners with executive leadership to shape culture, design enterprise-wide talent strategies, and develop people leaders through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives. Her background spans workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and change leadership, including leading high‑impact recruiting teams in complex, fast‑paced environments. Sarah is recognized for her ability to influence without authority, translate strategy into action, and build scalable people practices that support growth. She holds a BS in Psychology, is PHR and SHRM‑CP certified and a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists.
