Justin Bayer

Mr. Bayer's background prior to joining Knott Laboratory L.L.C comes from experience in Business Development within the HOA industry. The first nine years of his career were spent with the City of Chandler where he managed operations at the Chandler Tennis Center. In 2015, the Chandler Tennis Center was named the Featured Facility of the Year for the United States through the United States Tennis Association.

Mr. Bayer has a history of sales and participation growth, which includes setting record numbers for three consecutive years with the City of Chandler, as well as two consecutive years in his previous Business Development role. He is currently on the Board of Directors for CAI-Rocky Mountain Chapter and is a graduate of Arizona State University.
