Collin Hurler, P.E.

Mr. Hurler has substantial previous experience working as a Transportation Engineer. This involved providing technical design expertise and leading the design of numerous high-profile roadway/traffic engineering projects in numerous states and for dozens of local agencies. His expertise is in geometric design, three-dimensional modeling, development of design plans and detailed cost estimates, and talent in building relationships with officials and figures critical to project and company success. He has worked on a large variety of civil and transportation engineering projects including but not limited to major highway projects, both existing and new construction, bridge replacements, intersection improvements, surfacing improvements, safety, capacity, and congestion improvements, site development, hydraulics, hydrology, and drainage improvements, and ADA improvements.

Collin is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
