Engineering and Design


Ms. LaDoux has over 7 years of Civil Engineering experience, starting her career with the Georgia Department of Transportation responsible for the inspection and maintenance of 84 bridges, as well as redesign and construction projects. Ms. LaDoux then transitioned to Clayton County Board of Commissioners where she led as Chief Engineer over the bridge maintenance program. As Chief Engineer, she managed the engineering and inspection teams and led the Land Development Committee, acting as LIA in determining state waters and enforcing state and federal guidelines for developers and contractors. Additionally she managed GIS, survey, utilities, streetlights and right-of-way.
