The Construction Defect division assists attorneys, property owners and construction professionals with architectural and engineering analysis, reports and plans to restore properties to a pre-loss state. The team provides expert investigation and testimony of the technical aspects of the construction project. This can include reviewing design plans and specifications, compliance evaluations with respect to governing building code, inspection of the as-built site conditions, and analysis of the construction methods and materials used.
Our involvement in construction defect cases can be crucial to identify the technical aspects of the case and provide expert testimony that assists in resolving the dispute.
